Hi all,
phpbbhacks.com launched a competition to choose MODs and STYLEs Idols among some recently submitted MODS and STYLES.

Rules are really simple: check what you can vote, and choose what you like the best.

I am participating only with two styles into the styles competition, if you like those styles you are invited to vote. :wink:

To participate you need a phpBBHacks account which has been created before July 16th.

First round ended yesterday... we should see the results in a couple of days and then there will be the second round.

I didn't added the links because I don't want you just vote for me. The tournament should be fair... so I hope you really vote the styles / mods you like, not just the styles designed by me.

It is a game after all, and I hope that no one is pushing votes to win: I would like to see the best style to win, not the one whos designer has more friends... :P

Damn... my beloved Black Pearl with more than 16.000 downloads has been beaten by a coin flip tonight... I'm sad... :cry:

Now only Milky Way Red is still in the competition. :sad:

Anyway it is the semifinal, thanks to all that voted... now we are at semi-finals... if you din't vote yet, just step in phpBB Hacks and give your preference to the MODs and Styles still in development.

I voted for what I believed was the best looking theme.... not for any other reason...

Well, the only thing I didn't like about the competition it was the small amount of votes received per round. In the styles side there were about 12/15 votes per poll which are too few in my opinion to really rate a style. If you consider that almost all of them came from users which were involved in the competition as well... :roll:

Yes definitely, the only thing I didn't like was the few attention that this competition received.

Anyway I enjoied being there, and I would like to thank Patrick for giving me the opportunity to participate.
