I have 2 questions:

I am currently running 1.1.7.22 and would like to know before upgrade it.

1. Can I upgrade it from 1.1.7.22 to 1.1.9.24?

2. What are the differents between 1.1.7.22, 1.1.8.23 & 1.1.9.24?

Main differences are listed in the first post.

Most of them are related to security... if you are running build 022 I would suggest to upgrade to 024.

Wrong permissions... reapply CHMOD.
