Icy Phonix 1.3.0.53a is really great. It contains nice features and functionalities. Also its graphics and other tools are very impressive. Overall this is very nice work. All the best for you next development.

A new version is planned, but it won't be based upon phpBB 3 entirely, because there are so many features that would require a full recoding and we are lacking of developers here. So I have to focus on how to improve things without breaking old ones.

Many phpBB 3 features have been ported though. Especially some of the core code regarding cache, page generation, sessions handling and common functions.

If you want to know if phpBB 3 mods will work with Icy Phoenix, the answer is NO, even if I have coded some basic conversion functions that may convert some not complex mods to work with Icy Phoenix.

There´s only few people involved in coding the new version.

It will be released, when the coders believe , that it is stable .

In the meantime, you´ve got .53b.
