Icy Phoenix

Hi

I purchased Icy Phoenix UK to make available all my mods, addons and templates to offer better support for them...

I will also be including all the images, logos, banners, buttons and smileys I have picked up in the past, so that registered members can download them...

Templates and final mods will be available once the final release of Icy is done...

for now any feedback on design please let me know... or register just to say hi....

Anyway the style looks brilliant. Based on what Theme ?? Looks a bit like Black Pearl.

I´m working on an Style aswell, based on Black Pearl.

But i still need some tip´s to understand better how RC2 calls up the templates. cause some of my new link´s go nowhere at the moment.
got to find out still.

It's funny I always make that mistake as well, I think because of the way it is pronounced in the UK. It sounds more like Phe-O-Nix and not Pho-E-Nix.

not based on any themes here its an old theme Ifound on the net I just updated it to fit with ICY...

what links are you talking about with your theme

well at the moment its more me then anything else.


i´ve changed computer, and now i got a problem with my wamp server.

i have it installed on an external HD. that worked fine with the other pc ( vista) but not with my new one with XP. could´nt get that bas....t to run on XP.

probably a problem of XP config.

All I see is a lot of broken themes which is hardly a compliment to what Icy Phoenix themes are all about?

If you are going to use "Other People's" work to create your own IP themes from, then please have the courtesy to link-back to your sources in the footer with at least "Based on" a particular style.

Some or if not most of the credit links in the "Old" footers you have discarded, should contain the relevant credit information, and maybe you could use that!

For instance: bblite was created by MDesign

The same can be said for some of your current MODS that lack appropriate credit and copyright to the source that you have used!

Interesting remarks...as usual... dont waste your thought process do you....

As I have said this is not up and running yet and nothing is written in stone..but then you only seem to see what you want to see...

the themes are not 100% finished and I have not placed any copyright links for themes as yet as they are not finished... maybe have a look at some of your themes and place the right credits back on them... renaming and adding a few png does not make them yours...

as for mods I made one mistake of not including the authors credit due to using a copy of the install file from another mod... but hey...as I said you are only here to criticise others failings yet never look at your own..

Anyway... if you wish to piss others off which you seem to take delight in doing... then feel free...

or use a mature method and actually think before your brain tells your fingers to type... your usual rant..

They will be ready for download just after 1.3 is released... and more on the way...
