Hallo,
I've got FAP 1.4.1 now...all work fine, but in the installation notes there are two files (templates/sulSilver/overhall_header and templates/subSilver/profile_view_body.tpl)
that in the root of installation do not exist more....

I'm sorry, or you saying that those 2 files are no longer in the core files of phpbb ?

I think that is certainly not the case.
