Post subject: FAP SUPPORT - Show Image - Image Not Loading
I'm having kinda a strange problem. I haven't changed anything with my Album recently, but yet it seems to be broken.
After clicking on a pic's thumbnail it brings you to
/album_showpage.php?pic_id=38 (for example)
That seems correct, (that is what it does on this forum as well). However the image is not displayed. Page loads fine along with thumbnails, but the main image is just not there. If you click on the link to "view larger image" it load the page with "?full=true" before the pic id and it loads just fine.
I have checked all files and reinstalled the full album pack, however nothing has changed, i still get the same results.
Has anybody seen this before? Or have any ideas of where I should look.
I'm almost thinking it might be something in the db, only because, like I said I replaced all files and reinstalled all files related to the mod, but haven't done anything with my db.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

If full images are loaded, just disable middle thumbnails... Do you need mid thumbs for anything?

I guess I'm not sure what middle thumbnails are. I don't know that I'm using them, I suppose if their not default then i'm probably not.
In any case, I have been playing with files and my db for hours now and have come to find out that everything is working great until I "Clear Thumbnail Cache". Which I had to do to change the size of my thumbnails. So for now I've turned off thumbnail caching on my board.
Anybody know why this is happening? Does that have to do with my middle thumbnails?

Hmmm. Seems this happens everytime I change anything in the album configuration.
If I reload the album configuration table db (to default), everything works fine, but if I change anything (even from a default table) it breaks the pic from loading correctly (as described above)
Kinda frustrating, has anybody seen this?

Strange, indeed.
FYI: Mid-thumbnails are on by default.
What version of FAP ?

Full Album Pack v1.2.1
Seems that if I change things in my sql before inserting it into db, all settings take effect just fine and everything works - but if I try to change those same settings in ACP (I get no errors and it looks fine) but it breaks the show image page from displaying pic.
For the moment I've got all settings how I want them with no intention of changing them (set in sql), but I don't like that if I forget this sometime in the future and try to change a setting, or another of my admins changes a setting, it will break.
Hmmm. Seems odd to me. Seems like it must be something within my ACP files, since from phpmyadmin things work fine. Maybe I'll try to reload those files from the install and see what happens.

As Artie correctly says... try the latest release of FAP.
Your problem seems to be related to Mid Thumbs generation.
Try to load this to check... album_picm.php?pic_id=38

Hello, I'm not the originator of the post, but I'm having trouble with my images showing up correctly as well and tried the album_picm.php?pic_id=13 address and a text code came up. it looks wierd-here's a sample:

Try either to lower mid-thumb resolution or to increase memory in PHP config.
