They can link-off the userbar or Upload it.
Admin can set a gallery of Userbars and allow users use them.
That userbar will be shown below signature on viewtopic if the user wants.

Does this Mod work with the latest release of ICY?

Because I noticed some of the files like viewprofile.php are a bit different than the instructions.
