Hey folks.
I have checked all the settings but for some reason I can't delete any pictures? The edit and or delete buttons don't show. Could I be missing something in the settings?
My board is regular phpbb2 version .23

When you're overviewing a category, you can see Delete and Edit Links, not buttons...
