Post subject: FAP SUPPORT - Album_upload.php - Permission Denied
Hi there,

I get this error while trying to upload a photo.

Permission denied in /album_upload.php on line 873

failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /album_upload.php on line 893

I have checked the permissons and they are set correctly!

Definetly a permission problem.
Have you tried removing the .htaccess files ?

Try re-uploading album_mod/**all files**

or it may be album/**all files**

I can't look because I reformatted earlier and haven't reinstalled my ftp client or any of my files yet

Also recheck and make sure that all permissions are done after reuploading

I have done that too, I have re-aplied the permissions also.

Maybe I'm missing a folder or something.. can you guys take a look at the folder structure in the pic attached?

Well, in my pafiledb folder I have an "index.htm" file and a "pafiledb_common.php" file

You have extra folders that I don't that you probably added, but other than that, you have all folders

I even re-installed the board and still get the same error. :o

Frost's suggestion was a good one. One thing I might add is delete from the server before re-uploading.
I had to do that in the past and sometimes had to repeat the whole process a few times before the CHMOD would take.

I think you have some improvement....yesterday, if I remeber correctly, I could not access any of the files directories.
Today I can access:

files
files/album
files/album/otf

also could not access:
pafiledb/uploads

Try to remove all HTACCESS in files folder and its subfolders... then let me know. :roll:
