Hi ,
i have another error....
thumbnails will be displayd ... but when i click on a image i get a error page

Have a look

Make sure of this:

CHMOD 777 album_mod/upload/otf

Then if still problems, try removing .htaccess from album_mod/upload/otf

same problem ,
i have chmod the album_mod/upload/otf
and remove the .htaccess but the problem is still there .... any other ideas ?

Yes, remove .htaccess from the upload folder and it's subfolders.

sorry my bad .... now it works
