Is this the latest release with the Arcade Mod as well?

yes it is 2.1.2 arcade.solved admins panel problem

chatbox is poor .youcan test it on my site.no privates, no rooms.Your flash chat is better.

who wanted a good chat with privates and rooms it is freeX7 in my downloads [you can easy integrate into phpbbxs], but flash chat I like more

for karma conf. open karma.php and edit for your needs
center_downloads block is working for download mod
permissions for chess you can find in ACP forum permissions [from official site you can download more styles]
for chat - create block
for activity mod - go to ACP Amod find and do fresh install then bulk games upload from Amod folder[one game included]
for the weblog - first to ACP

I don't know maybe it is my speed about 2Mb or it is DNS server problem
