did u upload the .gif to the respective folder and made the changes on bbcb_mg.tpl?

Read instructions

copy sendmefile.php to /
copy sendmefile.tpl to templates/mg_themes/
copy sendmefile.gif to images/bbcb_mg/images/gif/
copy sendmefile_c.gif to images/
