• Register user, With different timeframe, with Manual Payment Method and Recurring Payment Method.
  
• PayPal IPN Integrated. Allow to set trial period, VIP user.
  
• Common member can not read, post or search content in restricted forums, which is defined by group privileges

• Admin can trace IPN Logs from ACP

I would install it, but as far as i know paypal pro/business charges huge fees on every transaction...

I have to disagree the charges are quite small really about 4% in every transaction you receive... so for $10 it would cost you 40 cents not that big a fee

He he but the transactions I need to do in my website are even cheaper ($1-$3) and paypal charges mes $0.35+3.5% or something similar, so in $1 transactions it is almost 40%. Then, if the transactions were small, PayPal make them even smaller.

I see what you mean... I believe there are other methods of payment with this mod as plug ins I will have a look..

How do you make it show up? Like the upgrade thing? For members to upgrade?

IN the code edits you have added a link to transactions.. your members clcik on here and then get taken to the page that allows them to upgrade..

May sound like a stupid question but how do i use this mod, i have installed it.

Say i have a webpage in my menu that i was to be a subscribed page how would i set it up , how do i get users to make payment.

Sorry for the late reply.

you have to set your forums to private the ones you wish to use then make a group for example payment group.

when a user wishes to see the private forum they will be redirected to the groups page asking them if they wish to join a payment group.

when they select yes they will be redirected to pay-pal they pay their subscription then redirected back to the site and the private forums will then be open.

As long as you have set up the acp configuration for the subscription mod..

How do i also get this group to be only allowed to view a page or block on my site if that makes send.

eg

1) I have a block that i only want VIP's ( subscribed ) to see, how do i mod the block so that only they can see it

2) i have a custom page that i only want to have subscribed people see, how do i reconfigure the autherisation on the page ?

Lastly, i dont supose you could look at my topic in VIP section the latest post asking for help, i severely struggling with it.

blocks can be set to private so they will not show to normal users.

you can then secure a page for public viewing

NO it does´nt, unless someone adapts it .

It will be adapted for the full version when released but not for a beta version...
