Now you can change them without too much fuss....
And by that I mean once you change the scripts in the zip you can change the images at any time simply by overwriting the files with different ones - But they MUST be GENUINE gif's and NOT re-named .png's etc.
The MOD Instructions:
delete the folder /images/avatars/generator_templates - and replace it with the folder in the zip.
delete the file /templates/default/profile_avatar_generator.tpl - and replace it with the file in the zip.
delete the file /generate_avatar.php - and replace it with the file in the zip.
delete the file /includes/usercp_avatar.php - and replace it with the file in the zip.
Or:
Open:
/includes/usercp_avatar.php
Find:
'U_PROFILE2' => append_sid(CMS_PAGE_PROFILE . '?mode=editprofile&cpl_mode=avatar'),
Replace With:
'U_PROFILE2' => append_sid(CMS_PAGE_PROFILE . '?mode=editprofile&cpl_mode=avatar'),
Find:

Replace With:

Find:

The 30 pack is for those who only want a small number of gravitars - But as the Mythbusters say - "If it's worth doing - It's worth overdoing"
So I have added a 65 pack which could also be used to chop and change the 30 pack images with.
Both zip's have the files and instructions..
@MG - I fixed the form errors and closed the open tags in profile_avatar_generator.tpl and validated it - If you want to use it.
