Hi.

Actually I have a problem with this mod. In the Medal administration it doesn't show any medals. Is there a problem, a bug or something?

I Have a Problem. When i upload my modified functions.php, my Site is still white and nothing hapens. What have i done wrong?

I have a quick question that deals with the location of the medal location on viewtopic. Is it possible to move the medal row under the avatar somewhere under a user's signature line? I've tried moving it down there, but the whole viewtopic page looks crazy.

What code could I use to make a new line above the PM, EMAIL, ICQ, MSN, AOL, ALBUM...etc.? I'd like the new line to be black like the line that holds the PM, EMAIL,....etc. buttons.

I've installed the MOD on the Icy newest version and doesn't work I like the medals! I want the medals! Why aren't they on the basic package?

Any help? Any suggestion about a similar MOD? Maybe the problem is the version "a" instead "c". If so, it's a real pity that this MOD wasn't updated for the Icy newest version.

I use this modification on my community website and it works perfectly. I also use the latest patched version of IP. I installed this modification back when patch A was released, but never installed this modification on a fresh install of IP.

You need to re-check exactly what you have done - Just because it mentions functions.php in the error does not mean that it actually has to be there - It's more than likely "Echoing" the problem that is created somewhere else.

Yep, I'd make it if the MOD worked well, but it seems the MOD doesn't work well on clean installations since the "27b". Now, I'm awaiting the re-chek of the MOD itself

Well I don't know who you have re-checking it, but the mod works fine with an install on a "Clean" IP 27c version.

I don't know how many times I've installed this MOD, or the other people who have downloaded it and installed it. When you start having problems, then you need to be more careful in following the instructions.

Have you tested it? I've only re-checked a couple of files, the rest are things that I've read over there. Thanks anyway, I'll try to re-install it tomorrow Ah, when I say a "clean" installment I mean an unpgrade from PHPbb2 (my case) too.

Then it's hardly clean, is it ?

Try the files in the .zip and put them where they have to go - I didn't add the Language files.

It worked fine, I had only two issues:

And I have no idea about why the details button doesn't work. When I click on it, the navigator shows a page error on the bottom bar (something similar to when a page contains some errors).

Why?

Because you haven't followed the installation instructions correctly and have "broken" into some other script. Just like some other people have done.

Replace the files with the ones you did back up, and try again.

Why was not created a language file?

On the basis of future updates would be better to create a language file because otherwise you should beat to implement the mod every time and not only for routine but also for language

I am in support Italian Moderator

I would work together to make the mod more stable

Then as a moderator you set a bad example by using the quote button and not the reply button to answer the post immediately above the last one.

I've also re-written this MOD with some extra script for the next version of Icy Phoenix. It will come in English only, because some of the $lang strings have been changed.

Unfortunately, no moderator in icy phoenix.com and then I behave like a simple user.

fucile I think you misunderstood what Lopalong is trying to say... you are asserting that this mod is not based upon a language file, while he is saying that it is language file based.

Please check again the package... and stay on topic.

Recently, i had a problem with my site turns blank and i managed to fix that. Anyway, i had this mod work before and run fine. I have checked all my changes and uploaded all files, but some how i can't save medal display in viewtopic. When went to medal setting in ACE and checked yes display in viewtopic, then hit submit. there is no error message, but i go back to settings it switch back to "No" display in viewtopic.

Can I get some helps, please?

I don't know this mod... but maybe you may try to reapply changes from scratch.

Hi all!! I have installed the mod without any problem, but when i go to /medals.php there isn't buttons for give a give a medal to a user.

Here an image of my problem:



Reading all the documents included in the package I find in this file UsageGuide_en.txt that I have to change this line:

if ($count > 0) $medals[$i]['users_list'] = '(' . $count . ') ' . $medals[$i]['users_list'];

for this line:

if ($count > 0) $medals[$i]['users_list'] = $medals[$i]['users_list'];

But both lines are not.

Somebody know what I can do to solve this problem?

Please ignore the changes you read in UsageGuide_en.txt and copy and paste the Spanish languge to /language/lang_spanish/lang_main.php and copy the Spanish admin language to /language/lang_spanish/lang_admin.php

If you still have problems - Then please re-read the instructions and check what you have or haven't done.

And if that doesn't work - Yell out some more.

But now I have a new problem, the ctracker don't let me continue because it send an alert message.
In past post a saw the same problem and I add the following line in medalcp.php:

It appears to have two alert problems that I fixed ctracker with:

medalcp_edit.php



But only use them if you have to.

You may not need those adjustments on a webserver - Maybe you would like to try it first without them.

Because I couldn't really understand why ctracker was blocking them for you.

:S I have the problem again :S but I discovered that when I write a reazon for which somebody won the medal the CTRACKER show the alarm.

If someone knows how, I would like to have on my site a page named Hall of fame that will display a list of all users that have received medals. Not like medals.php, but like in the image below. Is it possible?

note: if the user have received a medal twice or more, I would want them to be shown each one separately, not just one medal image.

Could somebody tell me what I have to do to have an extra column in memberlist.php that shows the medals earned by each member?
With the possibility to sort members by medals received.

What is waiting for RC1 supposed to do for his request if he continues using .27c, the most stable release of Icy Phoenix?

His requests are extras and not included within the released MOD. Perhaps someone will be able to help him with these requests.
