Post subject: 027-0002 Bug In Mails While Watching Forums For New Topic

Hi all,

I have detected an error here:

When you watch a forum for posts, when there is a new topic the notification mail is sent twice.

Note: If MG has upgraded the version of IP here, the error persits right now.

I have not tested if this bug is present in the downloadable versions, but I guess it is.
