Post subject: Need Help Displaying Icons On Forum

I have tried searching this matter and came up with nothing, so here's my problem...

I have installed the Black Pearl skin on the latest release of phpBB and it will not display any icons or .png. It is just showing red X's. Any help solving this problem would be greatly appreciated, here is the link to my forum http://www.boostslut.com
