I can't seem to find anywhere to upload the style I need on the forum.
Can anyone help?

I couldn't find a forum that was for PHPBB3 support.

Assuming you are trying to install Black Pearl... copy black_pearl into your styles folder of your phpBB 3, then go in ACP and install the Style from the Style section.
