Post subject: Wrong View With Internet Explorer
I have a problem with the style Black Pearl for phpBB3.
The font size in the index is shown too big. This problem appears only with the Internet Explorer, by using other browsers it works. And on sub-pages of the forum it works even with IE, but the index page isnt's shown correctly.
Here a screenshot:

What's wrong here? Please help me.

Please help me.
Perhaps it could help me if someone tells me in which file the font-size is defined. Is the font-size for each page separately defined or for all pages and sub-pages of the forum together?

you can change your IE's text size
all you need to do is when you a viewing your site's homepage just hold CTRL and then scroll with the mousewheel

This would be possible to view the index page in the right font size, but this isn't a solution to solve the problem, because then the font size of all other pages is too small. The font-size in the index is proportional to all other pages too big.

Yes, I know, it's only with the Internet Explorer. And this problem have all users with IE6.
So how can I solve this problem???

It is really strange...
Are you sure you haven't modified the CSS?
Can you try installing Rainbow Pearl just to test?

Yes, I'm sure, I haven't modified the css.
I installed Rainbow Pearl to test, but it's the same problem. The font-size is with IE also too big.

Your link here no longer works:
http://50erforum.50.ohost.de/ Ok it does now...
Without inspecting the code, but just a guess, maybe the forumline classes are not referenced properly in index_body.tpl (or perhaps an unclosed tag?). Firefox might be smart guessing what the page should look like, masking any problems - although usually IE is better at doing that!

I am having the same problem with Rainbow_Pearl and IE7 and I get not get an answer on how to solve it.
I posted a couple times on PHPBB and Mighty Gordon did not reply.
I also have GZIP compression disabled on my website.
seems to be a problem in loading the image?
When I right click it to see the properties there is no image specified?
