This is a external login panel script that I've created for phpBB 3. It took some troubleshooting to get it to work perfectly though. You can find the code here.

I'm not sure about what to say (or type in this case) really, but you can just tell me if you find this useful or if it has any bugs and so on.

Hi, can you please make an example on how to use that?

I don't see the point in having an "external login"... or I cannot understand the purpose of that.

The code consists of two parts. One part of the code is placed on the top of the file (header, before the <doctype part). The second part you can place where you want to show the login panel on your page.

A external log-in panel is for users who have the forum in a sub directory, for example: http://example.com/forum.
If that is so then the user will most likely have a "home page" in the root directory (http://example.com) and you can create a log-in panel there to log-in to the forum externally. In other words, it makes things easier.

Is it possible to post the code here or a link to the code?
