Post subject: Top Links Milky Way Phpbb3.0.2

i have seen two posts on how to add a extra top link... but i cant figure it out.
one said menu_block.html.... then another guy said overall_header.html......

can someone help me? i would really appreciate this. i want it to be:

Register Login Forum Search FAQ PsychoStats

and psychostats would link to http://www.teamdgk.org/psychostats

my forum is http://www.teamdgk.org/

i know basic html but not this confusing stuff :/ everytime i tried to add a line in menu_block the top link bar was just a nice error :/

PLEASE HELP!!
