Our members can send a PM if clicking on the PM icon in the Memberlist or ViewTopic, but from the PM section in the UCP when clicking on "Compose" the TO field reads "None" with no way to insert a member's username.
I have noticed this on a a couple of templates and do not understand why this happening.
Any help?
