My problem is the following one there goes out for me a mistake that says the following thing when I enter to any place or section of forum.

Problem:

The support of the servant has said to me that the solution is to change the fopen of the error.php but I do not take idea of for as that sews I have to change it

You forgot to apply CHMOD to some folders... try to check the installation instructions.
