Post subject: No Image In The Portal Page

when i uploaded a image to the album it don´t appear in the album block ( only small image)

The "test" image its 512x388.

and another problem r when i upload a image in a post only a "NO thumbail" message appear but none image..

what can i do ?

Have you chmodded the folder album_mod/upload to 777 in the includes folder?

Try disabling Quick Thumbnails then clear your thumbnail cache

Ok. now it´s a black background in the picture.. mmm.. I don´t understand anythhin why this donn´t work

I would try Use old thumbnails functions in the ACP > Photo Album > Configuration ... Thumbnail Settings

or try to increase the memory limit in ACP > Photo Album > Configuration ... Album
