Post subject: Delete Quick Links Menu?

Is there a way to completely remove the Quick links menu from the forum? Not from portal page but only from the forum index and viewtopic.

Please help.

If you are using Icy Phoenix you need just to remove global blocks in Pages Permissions for forum.php.
