When I try to add an article it says click on category to add article ,so I click on the category and it says category is empty. I know it's empty that's why I am trying to add one. I checked to see if maybe i needed to upload the files to the server but there is no folder for knowledge base or articles,Am I looking in the wrong place or doing something wrong. I forgot to mention I am a newb so my coding skills are very very limited .
Any help with this would be greatly appreciated .
