Post subject: ACP Menu & Register Page Errors

I dont know why but when i go to the ACP page, the left menu doesn't appear :S
Then, when i try to register a new account the same happens, a blank page...

i tried to reinstall (on another host) the Icy Phooenix and then to add the old MySQL database but the same blank pages appear...

could any1 tell me how to fix it without erasing all the database?

when i reinstall without adding the Mysql database, the error don't appear but i dont want to erase the old mysql :S
could any1help me please?

Try to use the RC version and to follow the instructions I posted for upgrading.

Empty your cache both of the site and the browser ones.
