Please help me. my news is ok but button insert news in xs news panel don't work, only refresh page.

and why in update I loose the possibility to visualize correctly html code in posts? in phpbb2 I had this code

You can use HTML in news.

Regarding HTML, some HTML tags have been disabled for security issues... you can insert those video using the GOOGLEVIDEO or YOUTUBE BBCodes which are already included in Icy Phoenix.

Use a CMS block instead of using news, so you can use any HMTL code you wish.
