Post subject: Error Executing Update_to_ip.php

I am trying to update phpBB2 to Icy Phoenix 1.10.15 , and when I run the update_to_ip.php file this error appears:

"Only admins may run this script!!!"

But I am the administrator of the forum

...

I have a copy of the database and the original forum in my PC, with WMServer Tools 3.0 for Windows XP.

Are you sure to be logged in when you run the upgrade_to_ip file???

Yes I am sure ... I can enter to the Administration Panel

Are u running the update from root and not inside install folder, right?

Solved. The problem was the cookie configuration .......
