In the ACP configuration language , it leaves east error to me

peculiar of this error, is that it says that lang_admin_captcha.PHP in the Directory does not exist archive where I have the forum, but not only does not exist there, but that watching the English language and also the Spanish (I have them unloaded in the PC), I have discovered that that archive does not exist, therefore, this is clearly a BUG or that I at least create.
I hava other problemem: In users permissions CMS when unfolding the menu of levels, leaves completely in white .In my opinion , it is other BUG.
I use Icy phoenix 1.1.0.15 with language spanish

The first error it's not a bug. I'm running a clean copy of icy and i can edit lang inside acp

The second one, i can confirm it, it's a little bug

Delete the two language folders, download icy again, decompress it again and upload the languages for the new downloads. (you will have to download spanish lang seperately aswell) then apply the correct CHMODs.
