Icy Phoenix 1.1.0.15a and Cumulative Patches for IP 1.1.0.15 are the same paches in both?

Or Icy Phoenix 1.1.0.15a has new patches?

Icy Phoenix 1.1.0.15a is the complete pack with Cumulative Patches integrated. If you have downloaded and installed IP before yesterday you have to download and install the cumulative patch too. Anyway is enough to download the full pack and use it.
