Post subject: Buttons In Italian ?

Hi, I have IP last version in italian but still to have buttons (I mean new topic, reply, etc.) in english, in fact the image link is /templates /ca_aphrodite /images /blue /lang_english and in my server doesn't exist /templates /ca_aphrodite /images /blue /lang_italian.

How can I have buttons in italian language ?
