When i try to set permissions to a group don't appear all options, only i can change 2, News and if is mod.

Advanced settings are for private.
Check that in forum permissions the news field it's sett to "private" so u can turn it on or off to each group
If it's not private, u can just set it to admin, mods or reg in forum permissions
