does any know what this error is and how i can fix it? HELLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLP

Are you sure you are using the latest version of Icy Phoenix?

Try to put out the special chracters, like the "!!"
