Icy Phoenix

Hello everybody...
My site is www.vistax-tunning.x8web.com ..
That's a spanish site, but i chose ask here, in the icy phoenix oficial site ...
Well, my forum was working fine but in this week it shows a part from the code....
I think that is a problem with the hosting, but i wanna' know what happened..
Is the page's code modified? I can't access to the acp, and i can't access to any page in my forum...
Can i repair this problem without loss any data? (as a files, downloads, etc)...
Sorry if i wrote wrong, you know, i'm from Colombia and i talk spanish...

for what I can see your site is working fine:

You are just missing index.php in your root, which you may upload again from a clean package.

I don't know why that file isn't there any more... someone deleted it.

WoW, before posting here, i was trying to open forum.php but it didn't worked..
I'm sorry but can you help me again? The index.php file, Is the same in all icy phoenix portals? Can i reupload this file and it will work fine?..

This happens because your server php is very inestable and it becomes down all time.
If I were wou I´ll change to other server if they don´t solve that in a short period of time.

Ask your provider about the PHP Server and why it dont run correctly, PHP is a very stable environment.

So, is the problem in the php of the server, isn't it?...
I don't wanna' change my server, because i have 110 mb to download and upload and another things..
Now, i found the x8web forums, so, i will read first, and ask their what happened..

I have read, and they say that they solved it yesterday, so, i think that tomorrow everything will fine, because the problem could appear again... So, i may wait.. I hope that tomorrow all work fine..

i know that, but if a script overload the server, it becomes inestable.

In this case, i can open my site, but, i can't see the navigation menu and i can't see the news that i've posted ...
When i enter to the forum, i can't see what's new.. Two pictures are more useful than the words:


And, i have another question for you. How i can remove some ads from my site? I wanna' put the ads in some parts of my site. And, How i can repair the shoutbox? I can see just the ads...

If I were you, i´ll try to play with templates. If you search, you could be able to find out something in this forum. If i don´t remember in the bad way, there are tutorials about how to to it in phpbb-es.com
