I get this below.
Warning: fopen(./../language/lang_english/lang_faq_attach.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/cbowner/public_html/adm/admin_faq_editor.php on line 480
Could not write to the language file!
You must make the language file in language/lang_english/ or equivilent writeable to use this control panel. On UNIX, this means running chmod 666 filename. Most FTP clients can do through the properties sheet for a file, otherwise you can use telnet or SSH.

File : admin_faq_editor.php
Can anyone tell me a simple way to sort this out please so that I can edit the Rules and FAQ?

You have the answer yet.
You have wrong permissions on that file.

With the chmod command in any ftp client... I don't know with cpanel. :?

Thanks for trying anyway. I don't know how to use FTP so I'll hope someone else can tell me.
