I tried using the CMS permission from ACP but nothing seems to change...

Both... I'd like to create a section of the site in a new page and I would like to give a moderator the possibility to manage it.

So you need the content manager permission.

Currently the permission system in CMS is working only at half...

I still need to complete some functions... I hope to have some time for this as well.
