I don't know if its a bug but jupload is not working. For me it would be nice to use Jupload because I have many different users how want to upload pics with no FTP access.

I think the problem is the Jupload Version. I'm actually testing the new Jupload Version V.090 and would be amused if someone could help me with some problems.

At the moment the applet is loading and files are uploaded. After the upload the files are not processed any more (thumbnail creation etc.)

There is a bug with activaction and Hotmail (I think, and I hope, only with Hotmail) mail accounts. When you click on the Activation Key link you will receive a 403 error. I have tested here too, and I have had the same error:

I don't know if here is active the mod_rewrite, but in my board I have see that if I disable the rewrite all works fine, so I think that there is some error in .htaccess. Anyway, for now, all works fine, and the package is very fast! Good work Luca!

edit: it seems to be linked to online users/activity since at this moment (1.00 AM) I have no error messages

On my forum: http://www.prisonbreakchat.net members have moaned that they cant log in, so they are having to use the default phpbb3 template

This is the error they are getting when logging in:

Then also i noticed when i clicked on Administrator Panel at the bottom of the forum to go into the ACP, it wouldnt let me

So do you have any ideas on how i can fix this

Try with other style.... i had that acp loging error error with defect distributed styles for icy but other error:

-Logged users cannot access the site.

OH, no, just only copy the fles that have changes and upload them after installing. About db´s i have done a good restore in my website, so i will tell the changes when i´ve got time.

Pepi your problem is linked on a bad installation, try to relaunch update_to_ip.php.

ieio your problem is related to the high number of subforums you have, and the memory blows up... I've tried to raise the memory_limit on your configuration, but it seems with no effects. Decrease the number of subforums and you will see a noticeable increase in performances.

andrea75, this is not an Icy Phoenix issue... it maybe an HTACCESS issue (not only of Icy Phoenix... but even on a higher level by your provider). If you notice on latest IP release I've added a string non registration emails... to invite Hotmail users to paste the link when clicking returns error... but users don't like to read... they just click and if doesn't work they stuck there.

I know that. But it's a conflict bug in IP, and not in Amod.
In constants.php, I had unlocked this permissions to run. Just that, and MG forgot put this in his new installer... in older one, he did note this, I remember, and fix my problem. Just that.

I did not ask support to Amod in no time... but sorry if you undestood wrong. Not my mistake.

I have searched this and cannot find anything about it. I have upgraded two different forums to IP 1.7.22 and both have the same issue. I am unable to ad a banner ot the header or in a topic through the ACP due to the following error.

I have set the permissions as instructed for a new install after performing the upgrade. Id this a permissions issue or a server setting issue. Any ideas?

OK, so now I need to add "You don't have permission to access /phpBB2/cms.php on this server." This has got to be a setting on the server that is affecting multiple things. I chmod'ed all of the files indicated in the Install instructions.

BTW, I changed permission on the first file to 777 long enough to see if it would have an effect. It did not.

This is growing troublesome. I did find another thread similar to mine, but there was no response there either.

Now I am starting to wonder if I should really use this program for my forums. It looks nice on the surface, but I just now did a search for the one word "server" and was told "No results matched" yet this thread right here has the word server in it. Why was this thread not found? How many other times is the word server mentioned in other posts and it is not found. There might even be an answer to my question somewhere on this site, but the search engine is not finding it. It is, however, finding the "settings" 240 times. That just makes no sense.

I think you should go to adm directory and look if there is any .htaccess file, if yes, just try to rename it. Maybe is that what causes the problem.

Here's the reply: server is an prohibited word in the English language, I don't know if it is in others. Then the problem is not the search engine, it works okay.

No, what I am referring to is to the folder protection/security in your server account configuration. I don't really know how to explain this. I mean, a site where you can configure your webpage (this place is provided by your server). For example, this is my server control panel:

I cannot answer this question, I'm not Mighty Gorgon

So, if you have not modified the security preferences, fist of all check that the file requested exists. It happens in many servers that the error pages aren't working when they have to.
If the file exists (I think this is going to be the case), please let me know which server do you use and if it's paid or free.

You're talking about my web server. I used http://websitesource.com for web hosting and no I have not altered any of my security settings.

Both files are present. I chmod 777 the admin_board_headers_banners.php file, but that had no effect.

I kept a copy of the upgrade log and in reviewing it I notice a few errors. I don't know if this would have an effect, but here are the error entries with errors.

There were also error on all of the chmod's but I did them manually. Everything else was "successfull". I will investigate the web hosting server settings to see if there is anything that jumps out at m. I had phpBB working just fine, but it is worth a check just in case.

These errors you posted are all because you have already done this queries, so they are not a problem.

Have you tried to delete and re-upload those files?
I don't know what's wrong... Please try to re-upload and if it's not solved I think I can't help you...

Deleting and replacing the files did not work.

What seems odd is if I type in the address to the cms.php file it comes up.

Yet the message says I can't access it if I try to add an ad block to the home page.

Once again, I do appreciate your help. Hopefully this will help anyone else who is having this issue.
