Old Support Topics - CHMOD?

Post subject: CHMOD?
I uploaded Icy Phoenix 1.10.15c and I am currently trying to install it onto my GoDaddy server. When I try to install it I get a laundry list of problems and they all say the file is either missing or there is a problem with CHMOD permissions. I have ensured that the files are there. Now I need to figure out the CHMOD persmissions. I searched the forums and was unable to find an answer to where I would find these.

Is this something in Icy Phoenix or is this a server thing??

Thanks for your help in advance.

That´s a server related thing.

CHMOD is for apache as hide, system, writealbe or any other for a OS.

Alright, well I am using a Windows server. I contacted my host and they showed me how to make a new directory and set the permissions for it. I created a new directory, made it fully accessable (read, write, browse, web, and set root ). I then moved all of the Icy Phoenix files into this directory and navigated to the intall.php file.

After all of this I am still getting the CHMOD errors. What am I doing wrong??
