Ok My brain now is under bowl.How many errors must see ?
This problem is about after entering database & ... settings and it is :
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in C:Inetpubvhostswebsoftdownload.comhttpdocsincludesdbmysql4.php on line 206
and How can I Solve it ?

Try setting more execution time on php.

Also, optimize all your db and re-compile cache for all themes.
