Is possible install blue pearl template in icy 1.1.0.15, and if it is possible, where can i download this template prepared for icy phoenix?? Because i only have seen this template for phpbb 3.0, but i can use this template for this page...

No. It only works on 1.1.10.25 RC3 and some older RC but not on 1.1.0.15, sorry.
