Somebody knows where i can put the code for put a chatango shout box in my home web page?
i'd like put it at left side under the controls

You can create a new block and then paste the HTML you want.

Im graphical designer, i want to create new styles and templates.

But i dont know how create it...
Can someone help me?

Take a look inside templates forum, this it's not the right place

You can't really create a template from scratch, what you do is modify the existing templates. I wrote some guidelines for this over a year ago, you can find here...
