I think that Icy has medal mod or medal mod, but it isn't activate. How can I activate it?

I'm sorry. But IP doesn't have pre-installed medal mod... You must install from Zero!

It is cash mod what is pre-installed in IP... You should follow This instructions

I want to say "cash mode". I just discover it. but I don't looking for this. I want karma mods. I found it here but link is crashed.
I want to reward the users more industrious.
