Post subject: How I Can Block New Registrations?

I want to block the new registrations for more security, (I only add users manually) what I have to do to disable new registered users??? There is not any option!!! (In my forum there are a lot of trolls).

ACP > Configuration > Server > Disable registrations

And - Reason of closed registrations
