Post subject: I Can`t Edit Blocks, ???SUPPORT PLEASE!!!

Hi, I am spanish, but I will tray speak english. Sorry but mi english is a little poor.

My website is www.virtuared.com

I had the version 1.1.0.15 of Icy Phoenix and I tried to install a new mod....but the instalattion failed and I restore all the files by FTP, but the blocks of my websyte were like this:

So, I went to CMS-->Administración de bloques and I click in the block "userblock", and the configuration was here:

Then, I marqued "Mostrar borde" and "Mostrar barra de título", and there was this error:

So, i decided to install the latest version of Icy Phoenix (1.2.0.27), because I thought that if I installed it, this problem would be solucionated. But the problem continues, I CAN'T EDIT ANY BLOCKS

Please, help me friends.

1. no UP please
2. I think that you have install ADV CMS: but this mod is ONLY for IP 1.2! :evil:

now you can restore, but you must run this qery:

Code: [Hide] [Select]

ALTER TABLE `ipcms_blocks` ADD `border` TINYTEXT NOT NULL;

ALTER TABLE `ipcms_blocks` ADD `titlebar` TINYTEXT NOT NULL;

Yes, It was that mod.....I am studid... :oops:

Now, I am spanish and I don't understand very well you say me, and I am a little amateur on the icy phoenix.

Yes, I get this message too, and I'm definately on Ver 1.2.0.27. I haven't installed ADV CMS (yet - but I'm gonna try).

Anyone know what the answer is to this problem is?

actually you can do 2 things:

1. run this query from mysql:

Code: [Hide] [Select]

ALTER TABLE `ipcms_blocks` ADD `border` TINYTEXT NOT NULL;

ALTER TABLE `ipcms_blocks` ADD `titlebar` TINYTEXT NOT NULL;

OR

2. update to Icy 1.2 and upload adv CMS files

If you get exactly the same SQL error (unknown column 'border' in 'field list', then run the SQL query that hpl gave.
