It could be related with the /templates/images/ folder or the server/user cache.

Sometimes this happens with a busy server - the stylesheet doesn't get sent to the browser. Not sure why, perhaps under high load the server makes a consious choice not to send unneccessary bloat after creating the main content of the php scripts.

do you still have this problem?...

if so... i have had this problem ago too...

solution:
delete the .htaccess file in the template and/or mg_themes folder...

this worked for me..
