Post subject: Possible Bug On My Forums

I'm not sure, but in the CMS, I tried editing a few things and I refresh to see if it has changed and the way I want it, and it's still the same, also, I deleted a member, but then made a new member which has the name as the deleted member from before. Another thing was that I set up the UPI2DB thing and it didnt do what it does with the U (0) M (0) thing. I don't know what's wrong, but it's rather frustrating.

Does it just take a couple of hours to straighten itself up or something or is something now right?
