Hi i see thtat 1.2.0.27 is baseod on phpbb 2.0.23 can i update ir to phpbb3?, how?

You will have to downgrade to plain phpbb2 first. I don´t recommend that as you lose all data that phpbb2 does not use during the downgrade (IP-phpbb2).

You can't update phpBB2.0.23 "inside" IP 1.2.0.27 to phpBB3.x.x!!
IP is based on phpBB2 and it will not ported on phpBB3, so if you want to use phpBB3 you don't need IP...
