Getting this error when i click on any forums and categories for my albums:

Figured this out when i click on a forum it take me to this adress : http://rainguild.com/hq-general-discussion-vf3.html
it should be taking me to : http://rainguild.com/viewforum.php?f=3
any one have idea?
