Is there a way to moderate each post in a forum so the mods get the posts before the posts go onto the forum?

There is no feature inside Icy Phoenix to do that I believe. 
Icy Phoenix does have a "Report To Moderators" function that dispatches an e-mail to the moderators of the specific forum with the post in question. Unfortunately it doesn't hide the post until it's seen by a staff member.
